I agree with the one nail demo idea. Perhaps put up a poster saying that you are doing a demo each hour or so & get a volunteer to let you do one nail. Don't charge them for this but hand out discount vouchers along with your price lists, etc while people are watching. For the rest of the time offer quick mini-manicures & nail art then charge a small amount for these. You probably want to take some retail items along with you, files, cuticle oil, polishes, etc.
