I'm a long time lurker thinking about launching into the nail business and was curious - what are some ways to incentivize high quality nail technicians? Higher hourly wages (e.g. $20 or $25 an hour, excluding tips, which are 100% to the technician)? The option for benefits (e.g. medical, dental and vision coverage etc.)? The other thing I was thinking about was weekly cash bonuses for the percentage of appointments that rebook - so for example, if 25% of a technician's customers rebook, that technician would receive an e
