Hello hair geeks

I've popped over from nails to ask for advice -I've had a inverted bob cut the last two visits to my salon

1st cut - the side view was very sharp/steep I really liked it but did not like the sharp step at the back

2nd cut - I asked for the back to not be so dramatic , the side was not so sharply inverted so the back could be blended in more

I'm sorry I no longer have photo of the rear view ( changed my phone )

What I'm asking is if anyone has any photos of the rear view of inverted bobs they have created so I can show my hairdresser to explain I want it blended more at the back with out a noticeable step

I have searched the internet but the pics are mainly front views
I have attached pic to show length of my hair now
Also can someone explain the difference between graduated/inverted

The main difference is the base line. Whether it is angled (so longer at the front) or straighter (so gradually layered) The photos are before and after I fitted extensions but should give you an idea of shape. Before is inverted. After is graduated. ImageUploadedBySalonGeek1393454356.843204.jpgImageUploadedBySalonGeek1393454375.182749.jpg Hope that helps x

From what I gather not as long at the front but the back is short and blended not cut up and it's very textured.. Finally a client who brings good pictures in and is honest :)
