Yes there's one that's superior for sure
I just took this screenshot off eBay, it's called the nail trainer I believe but I see there are lots of similar looking cheaper ones which I wouldn't buy personally
This one is fully jointed like a real hand, screws onto your table to present to you at the appropriate angle (get someone to sit at your table and give you their hand so you can copy exactly where you need to put it)
This one comes with little plastic "nail beds" that you clip securely into the ends of the fingers then extend using gel or acrylic etc but not using a primer like you would on a person, or acetone, as it melts the plastic. You can then unclip them and insert another nailbed, as many as you need. I did about 80 full sets on this type of hand during my training, it's very uncomplaining!!
Actually if you're buying second hand you might need to purchase the practice nails separately
Nail Trainer by essential nails is the one I think Blossom is talking about, you can do a search for it. This one comes with various tip types to give you a variety of nail types to practice on some being more challenging then others. Hope that helps xx
