Koleston help

Hi

After having no luck with Affinage colour eraser on dyed black hair I have done a strand test with bleach and 6%. I washed it off but it was very red, I think I should have left it a bit longer but was worried about damaging the hair. My client wants warm brown highlights to break up the black that she is growing out.
Sorry to waffle! - my questions are would 7.17 Koleston Perfect look ok, and should I leave the bleach on for a little longer?

Hi,

She how it lifts but I would prob use 77/03 with 7/1 4% as there will be too much warmth to cancel but I've used that mixture lots of times and it works really well!xx

Would it be ok to use richesse
developer which is 4.5% as I have just bought some!?
