No, they're little brown marks that appear on the skin. They differ in shape and are often raised.

ahhhh i thought that they were red as i have some that have apeared on my neck and stick out a mile, also have some tiny one on my arms.x

Hi there

There are products available, she could ask her Dr first, and some beauty clinics specialise in treatments for these. There is one near us but you have to see their own Dr first.

Can remember what, but read somewhere that the treatment is only effective with a certain % of certain products. Sorry bit vague.

I used to work for clinique and they do STOP SIGNS HAND REPAIR TREATMENT which is designed to fade them out.Had heard good feedback from clients on this product.How long it takes to work depends on how many/how bad they are.It is all part of aging but also an indication of sun damage...a main cause of premature aging.A preventive measure for future damage would be a hand treatment with a spf.
