Lowlighting

I have a client whose hair is lightened with bleach to a level 10 and was toned with a 10/6 in Wella and has only had 1 retouch since then and her natural level is a 6. Also, we have switched from Wella to Matrix.

She is coming in for lowlights and I am not sure what to use, would I have to fill her in? Any suggestions?

Colour sync 7wn is beautiful no pre pigging with matrix sync but how many fouls you doing? As sync cant be left for
More than 20mins or do 7w 20ml and 40ml mocha with 10vol :0) x
