Hi I’m currently using Lanza but as I’m changing from employed to chair rental I’m thinking of changing colours to Matrix I’ve used Matrix before and loved it but when the matrix rep came to see me a lot of the colours in the colour chart are being discontinued! He said not to worry and they’ll be replaced, anyone had problems with this?? Thanks x

I stepped away from matrix due to feeling they were always discontinuing colours & i felt grey coverage was not as good as it it used to be

I've always use Matrix, yes lots of colours have been "annoyingly " discontinued however lots of exciting new ones have replaced them.
Don't forget you can make the shade you want. If you're missing say a 3 and have a 2 and a 4 you make the 3.
You'll soon find your way around it again

Thanks for reply, how do you find the grey coverage?? Do you use the full range?? It’s about 8years since I used Matrix and I did really like it

Aww really, I think I’ll try the grey coverage on a resistant client before I commit, thanks for reply

I very rarely use the 50 range. Sync is always my "go to" for grey and darkening levels 9 upwards. I love syncs coverage.
I don't use the light Moccas though, they tend to have a pinky tinge. I'd go to so colour for lighter tones.
