Hello Geeks,
I hope you havent answered this question before, i have looked but not found the exact question.
I did my spray tan training on monday with sienna x it was fab, since then i have sprayed 6 people and had lots and lots of great feedback which is good because its given me a nice little confidence boost.
Then my husband sprayed me last night and product seems to be spraying out of the nozzzle end when the trigger bits not even been pulled!
I have the miximist machine, i have only changed the black dial on the back to sort the flow out, i flushed the gun through with water every night after use.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Becca x x

Hey

I have the maximist machine aswel, try taking all the gun apart an cleaning it in a bucket of warm water, if this doesn't work phone sienna because i had the same problem and it actually turned out that my gun had a manufacturers fault and i got a new gun.

thankyou, i will try that tonight and then call them in the morning if still got problems x x

sounds to me as if the needle is sticking it could be one of 2 very easy repairs,
1, dirty needle from solution residue making it stick open on the gland seal
2, gland seal to tight making the needle stick,
both can be repaired in mins with the use of a 10mm spanner and it will save you being a few days with no gun
to remove the needle unscrew the needle adjustment screw all the way remove the spring and pull the trigger a steel rod will come out of the back of the gun pull this out ( you may need pliers) look at the needle if it has solution residue on the needle clean with a green scouring pad smear a little vaseline where the residue has been, not the tip and problem solved :D
if it still sticks open there is a 10mm brass nut in front of the trigger, this grips the needle and stops solution/air from coming the wrong way, slacken it off 1/2 a turn and you will be sorted :D

Thanks Steve, i have been getting myself into a complete state! First 'real' customers this week and i thought gun was going back! i will try this now x x x x
