Minx problems

Anyone having problems with minx lifting off within hours ?!?
Client rang after 5 hours that some peeling .. Any advice helpful Tia

Are you heating it first with the lamp?
I had this problem, with the new minx there is no need to heat as it ruins the adhesive. I did mine and they all came off within hours. I called sweetsquared and told me this so tried again with no heat and they have lasted weeks x

Hey Alex , cheers for swift reply ... Yes heated thoroughly .. I do have some new minx recently bought but where does it say on new minx if no heat required ?

It says on the instructions on the back of the packet (which I didn't read) because they are thinner not a lot of heat or no heat is required as it reacts with the adhesive and doesn't stick x
