Mobile nail desks

Have just started doing mobile work mainly nails some beauty, I have a beauty couch but wondered if anybody had any recommendations for a mobile nail desk and chairs thats easy to cart around.

Have been getting frustrated sitting on settees/floors etc doing nails, can't seem to get my application quite right when I'm straining my neck at the same time! Have had no complaints but I'm never as happy with the nails hence thinking of buying a mobile desk. Must have chairs though as some of my mobile clients do not have chairs other than a sofa.

Would not spend a lot on a specific nail table, I did this and is so heavy killed my back! Only need a table for 1 lady as usually use theirs and make sure it is covered well with plastic backed terry cloth, then couch roll etc. I ended up buying a folding camping table from Decathlon, just used it at my ladies this morning. It weighs nothing and is plenty big enough but not too big! As for chairs I would get very lightweight foldable ones with a back if I were you, not worth you shelling out a lot as you'll probably not use them much. I usually use the client's dining chairs. x

Thanks thats a good idea a camping table, When I started I kinda presumed everyone would have a dining table to work on but a lot I do don't especially if they live in a flat.

Hi,
I had a light weight table when I did mobile, I got mine from Costco, but the camping table sounds great.
Another thing you can use is the clients ironing board, but make sure you cover with a towel and plastic table cloth.

Hi, I know everyone dont like ebay on here, but i purchsed mine new from ebay. They are on there for £59.00 inc p+p and you get this next day delivery. Its a great portable manicure table comes with a arm rest also. It folds down and fits perfectly in your boot.
I also purchased 2 white padded portable chairs for £16.00.

Great proffesional desk....

I found this one at wimexbeauty.com. I am in the states and don't know where all they ship, but. It's not that heavy and works great.

Under manicure tables, it is the last one on the page. Hope you can find it, I tried to copy a pic, but couldn't.

I also have started to use a camping table - it's great. Very lightweight. Camping season will be over soon - have a look in the sales you will probably pick up a bargain!

I too (wrongly) assumed that everyone would have a tabke - and most do but for any of my clients who dont I carry a fab table that cost me £5!!! yes £5 from Morrisons, its a tv dinner table, fold flat, pretty light weight and it perfect - I don't use it too often as I say most of my customers have tables but thosewho dont its always in my car x
