Nail art

What does everyone use for doing nail art? I can not use the stripper brushes find them really hard,silly question aswell do you just dip the tool on the Polish brush,how do you get the Polish on the nail art tool please,have never did nail art before x

Pour/dab/drop a blob of polish on to a tile/glass coaster/saucer/something shiny that you can wipe clean with acetone and re-use, and use it from there. Robin Moses uses the plastic lids from coffee tubs. Anything will do really.

Be generous, I've tried saving polish by using small amounts, all it does is dry up really quickly, and when you try to pick up some polish with a dotting tool or brush it doesn't pick up cleanly and you struggle.
