Is it worth going direct with gelish/nail harmony than doing the course that they do with salon services/Sally's?

I'm qualified in mani and pedis, also Ive done an gel application course and acrylic. But feel like I need to develop my skills in gelish as I have now started a weekend job in a salon and want to learn how to do nail art.

Any advise guys?

Gelish Newcastle/Teesside trainer is she good?

I've emailed my local trainer already just waiting to hear back off her.

Xx

I'd 100% go through harmony direct. If they are close enough to you. Xx

Ok thanks. Have you done the Gelish design course? Xx

Hiya
I've actually just booked on the Gelish course in this area! The trainer has been really helpful so far. I booked direct rather than via Sallys just because I could do the course on a weekend.
Hoping to do the design one once I've done this one
Might see you there! X

I've been emailing her today. Sadly I work on a weekend so wouldn't be able to go. I've asked if she does them during the week.

So how did you sort the kit? Did you put it together or did you buy it as a full kit? Xx

I think when you book through Sallys it's through the week isn't it? I had the dates somewhere.
I already had some of the kit so just ended up putting together the rest. I think it's easier to just buy the kit though x

Hi, I was advised by my Gelish educator (Scotland) that when you book training through Sally's they actually call in Gelish trainers to run the course so in theory the quality of Gelish training should be the same. The only difference seemed to be that they use their own trainer for the manicure and H&S day also Sallys want you to buy the kit and a list of items from them in advance of training. I did you training with Gelish the educator brought a kit we used that for day one then at the end of day two we ordered what I needed together she gave advice about the difference in tools, what colours sell well etc. this arrived which I then used for all my practice and day 3 of my training. Hope this helps.
