Nail split for salon owner! Please help!!! I currently own a tanning salon with other beauty service , I have just took a level 2 nail technician on 16 hours minimum wage. However I need her to work the desk giving tokens to Sunbed clients and do nails. We agreed I pay her minimum wage and then 30% commission for using own products. However I have come to realise I can not expect her to organise the beds and her nail customers so I am going to have to have a different member of staff on with her while she works. The problem is I can not afford two wages. Can anyone advise other ways to organise this. I was thinking let her use my insurance , salon and clients and her products and go 50/50. But not sure how this work ? What would you advise please?x
