Nails | Kate Moss Talks Nails

It's possible that this is the most I've ever heard Kate Moss speak. She's not known for her interviews, but even she couldn't say no when it came to promoting her new nail polish line, Salon Pro, with Rimmel.

Let's face it, the name is somewhat misleading. It's not stocked or sold in salons and it's not a professional product. I imagine they're trying to convince us that, once on your nails, it looks like you've been painstakingly manicured by the best in the business. Which, we imagine, Kate has.

However, she does drop two interesting titbits of information. First, she's a dab hand with a polish bottle and loves doing her girlfriend's nails and second, you should never, I repeat NEVER, match your nail with your lip colour.

Honestly, she doesn't look entirely comfortable talking nails but it could just be that she's not entirely comfortable talking on camera full stop. Either way, you can hear her babble, I mean chat, about nails here ⬇

Wow Looks really interested and convincing trying to launch that product doesn't she? Can't see us throwing our bottles of Shellac up in the air and rushing out to buy that one somehow. hehe

Well in fairness she's not famous for speaking but for looking good amongst other things. If I were her advisor I think I would be advising her to get properly educated about her product and some training in speaking in front of a camera about it.

I suppose though as teens might be the most likely customers the interview may sound entirely different to them.

cheers for this Ed, When Kate is talking about having her nails longer for christmas it was me doing them for her!
She really is into her nails and takes great care of them.
Glad she mentioned oiling her nails, she obviously couldnt mention Solar oil, but that is what she uses.
She is an absolutely gorgoeus person, such a sweetheart and very down to earth.
I did her nails for the upcoming Rimmel tv ad, so watch this space!
