It's sometimes pretty hard to write a jazzy, exciting article about a top coat. I mean, we all know how important they are and how cruddy our manicures would look without them but a top coat is a top coat is a top coat, right?
Wrong, according to OPI. The brand are launching a four-piece line of colour tinted top coats. Genius or gimmick? Who knows...but it sure makes writing an article about top coat a bit easier.
Available in sheer shades of blue, pink, yellow, and purple, I'd be interested to see what possibilities it offers. OPI reckon it's the bees knees and suitable for use along, with a base coat, or over any shade of polish for an "alternative" and "progressive" look.
