In the news recently for bring tanning giant St.Tropez into the company portfolio, PZ Cussons has unveiled plans to launch a new beauty division, with Michelle Feeney (pictured) as Chief Executive.
To be fully operational in June this year, the new offshoot is to include premium brands including The Sanctuary Spa, Charles Worthington and St.Tropez. The move means that PZ Cussons Group will be split into two areas: PZ Cussons Beauty and PZ Cussons UK. The latter division will feature its traditional washing and bathing brands such as Imperial Leather, Original Source and Carex.
Feeney who worked at Estée Lauder for 11 years before joining St Tropez in 2006 said: I am thrilled to be taking on such an exciting role and I believe there is a significant opportunity for all three brands to grow both in the UK and internationally.
It is a unique position - we are creating a new division, headquartered in London with a core stable of British brands.The role enables me to utilise my global experience and brand building skills to take these much loved UK ranges to new markets around the world."
