You use them just as they are, no mixing. They are good for 3d nail art etc. :D

I use NSI exclusively for acrylics and love their products too!
I have the majority of their range of technicolour and they're great because you can also make your own custom colours. I created my own custom range of 8 "natural opaques" blending NSI Attraction Opaque Powders (such as pink masque, peach blush opaque, rose blush opaque) with Attraction clears, small amounts of White and various technicolours. You only need a very small amount of some of the more vibrant technicolours to just add just a hint of colour to the acrylic.
I'd recommend also investing in the NSI Opal Shimmer additive, you can add it to any NSI acrylic powder, colour, opaque or sheer to give it a lovely shimmer. I recently blended a custom colour for a client and added the Opal shimmer to the powder and it was sooooo pretty and she loved it as she now has her very own custom colour. A good selling point for exclusivity ;)
Just remember though the Opal Shimmer is an additive so you cant use it on it's own. If you are adding Opal Shimmer to an existing powder, use a ratio of approx 1:4 or 25% opal shimmer to 75% acrylic powder, no more.

Hope this helps, if you're interested in blending custom colours with NSI, you're welcome to PM me, I'm always custom blending and happy to share some info.

All the best! :)
