Hey all what do you guys recommend for new stylist offers?

And what are your thoughts on different levels /pricing structures for stylists i.e. director & junior?
( stylist is level 2 & I'm putting her through additional training + level 3)

Muchus appreciated Xx

Any help guys?

If she has only just qualified I do think there needs to be a lower price set up to refelect the lack of experience, but if she's level 2 with 5 years exp for example then I wouldn't bother xxxxx

Yeah she has 2 years experience but it's more I introduction to the salon x

As a client, i personally hate pricing tiers. If you don't mind who you have you feel stung by the higher charge. I think you always need to make sure clients are aware of the price they will be paying too.

New stylist offer - half price cut & blow dry with any colour treatment? X

I'd do an intro offer and maybe have her at slightly less. We did this in beauty and it got our new therapist a lot of clients who were happy to spend a bit less once in a while.

I personally don't do discounts, I wouldn't do a pricing tier if she has ample experience, I would keep it simple but that's just me xxxxx

Thanks ladies yeah I'm the same I like to keep it simple and like you mentioned she has ample experiencexx
