Opening a small salon

Hi girls. Im a fully qualified mobile beauty therapist, I have a lovely bunch of clients and ive also worked in salons in the past. I decided to go mobile after having a child so i can work my own hours. So far i am doing as much as possible but when my child goes to school id love to open my own salon specialising in just nails, spray tans, perhaps sunbeds, waxing and eyebrow treatments. Id only need a small premamsis or id even consider making a beauty room at home/out building and really make it extra special. Im just wanting some advice on where to start, wht should i be looking into, what kinda of costs are involved etc. this is a long term goal of mine so i know it wont happen over night but its my 5-10 year plan to have a really busy little salon that has a amazing reputation! Has anyone else out there gone down a treatment room at home and it become as busy as a salon on a high street?! Absaloutly any advice is welcome. Im going to try my hardest to get more and more clients iver the next few years so i have a good following but in the mean time i need to set myself some goals too. X
