Hey there... had a polish change and customer wanted to use the OPI I just purchased. I am new to Gel and so when application, polish was thicker but I thought maybe this was normal for OPI GelColor Alpine White. There was some kind of fiber or threads in it as well. To make a long story short, gel buckled and was a mess. Customer was upset and I was trying to fix the buckle while she was getting her hair cut/styled. My coworker took over and talking afterwards, she asked what happened, I showed her the product and she said it was bad... any feedback on OPI Gel Colors? Can I use lacquer thinner to thin out product or just exchange for new product? Thanks in advance. I am kinda nervous now as I have purchased a OPI GelColor kit and don't want to use if this is a common thing! Missy

Send it back and ask for a replacement

Don't attempt to thin it. Just call them and they should replace it.
Have you trained with opi? If not I'd recommend a conversion class as this will help you get to know the product and the best way to use it so that you don't encounter any future problems. x

Did you give it a shake for a good minute?
