Hi guys

I've just started renting a chair at a new salon really settling in and everyone is lovely!

I'm paying a percentage per week on what I earn and the salon owner is letting me use her products and colour etc which is win win for us both!

Everything in the salon is Paul Mitchell from colour to shampoo and products she stocks the full range including their awapuhi an tea tree range! As its only my first week was wondering if anyone is familiar could fling me any tips on anything product or colour related to Paul Mitchell?

I will be booking myself on some seminars and courses with them in the coming months!

Thanks!! :D

Hi, i personally don't like their colour, but i LOVE the paul mitchell products, they are really lovely and the training is fab! Good luck in your new salon xx

Thank you! I know a few of the bigger salons use their products in my area and I know u can't buy them in sallys etc which is a bonus!

The hairsprays etc really do what they say on the tin too! I know u can mix a lot of their products together too!

Thank you! Just rebuilding clientele at the mo! Stress! Ha x

I have some good Paul Mitchell product mixes somewhere on my laptop, will try and find them tomorrow for you x I love their products especially the super strong and the extra body ranges xx

The sheer number of products are intimidating. I'm in a PM school right now. The products are all color coded. All the products with the same color top can be used interchangeablly. If the salon owner provides the Tree Tea Oil shampoo and conditioner, use it on you guests. They will love you. Try it yourself and you will understand. The Heat Seal in both pump and aerasol is great. Try the Super Detangler mixed with the Super Charged Moist Conditioner and then the pump detangler afterwards.

Thanks for your help guys really appreciated!

I'll definitely try the tea tree stuff! She does awapuhi shampoo conditioner and treatments too so also trying those! :) I'm glad it's a decent brand as the owner of the last place i worked in bought in Turkish poor quality stuff and when we ran out of shampoo sent the junior to boots for herbal essences! I was horrified! Haha x
