Hi,
I would like some information about peak and off peak pricing please.
My boss offers two different prices, it's cheaper for clients to come in the morning between 9-11 and 3-6, and cheaper in the beginning of the week.
When this was first explained to me I thought it was quite confusing and if I was a client wouldn't like it but am I being naive and does this pricing structure work?
Thanks Jo

They're just discount days. Perfect sense but I think it would be better advertised that way, IE 10% off or whatever she knocks off.

There are 4 leaflets with different, service, prices and times . I'm used to working to one set price list what ever time or day. He's been there along time so he knows what he is doing. Do most places offer this sort of thing?

Doesn't sound 'usual' but doesn't mean it's a bad idea. Encourages booking during quiet times ensuring busy throughout the days and week.

Sounds a little confusing the way they're doing it but if it's clear and it works, then... It works!! :D

I worked in a spa where mon-thurs 9am-4pm were 'off peak' and weekends & evenings were 'peak times' I don't think I ever had to explain it to anyone or heard anyone complaining about it...but that's the only place I've worked that's done it. We were always busy too! Xx
