I hate swimming but thinking of going a few times a week just to de-stress! iv got balmain bond extensions in so obviously want to protect them from the chlorine etc.

Don't like the thought of a swim cap. Is there anything I could spray on her , like a protector?? Would also do the relaxation suite so would the heat from the dream and sauna effect them??

Any help gratefully received!!xx

Think a swimming cap would be the best option to completely protect the bonds :)

Hi, I have the same situation and found my only choice was a dreadful swimming hat!
I find that although it does protect the bonds far better than without a hat, water still gets in (this may be due to just me putting it on badly) so i'd advise putting plenty of leave in conditioner on the ends of your extensions before you put your hat on (just in case)...with the sauna I have gone in but not for long! as I haven't heard much advise for that! Its tricky but I go swimming every week and haven't had any side effects yet! :)

Thanx for ur replies!! Looks like il be investing in a hat! Hope u get pretty ones!!xx

Hi sorry if im a little late

I swim alot. I have had balmain, cinderella, racoon, micro loop...lots of diff kinds of extensions and havent ruined any with swimming. However. I never get my hair wet. I bundle it on top of my head in a bun and pin all the bits up and swim with my head above water. With my hair dry and still pinned up ive spent loads of time in sauna/steam room and never had any issues.

If you dont want to wear a cap, just dont get your hair wet

Em xx
