Hey guys

What salon/spa music do you guys reccommend? Like CD names etc?

Just been donated a second hand ipod and wanna download relaxing music for my facials and ear candle treatments

Also, how would/where to download from? Is amazon ok and reasonably priced for tracks? (i never do music so am new to this lol)

Thanks

Do you work from home or in a salon?

If in a salon, you'll need a music license which means you can pay what you like - radio, cds etc. If you don't want to pay out for a license, you can use license free. I use ichill which I really like. All good for holistic type treatments, although some better than others.

Im mobile. So would i still need a licence?

Just checked ichill out. I understand now! Do i pay for full track listings?

On I chill you pay for the whole album yes. I'm mobile and use I chill on my I pad. It's very easy and not expensive. I've just downloaded classic I chill recently...a nice change from traditional relaxation music.

Lovely. Ive just downloaded the app so ill have a listen and get downloading.
Thank you

From memory, if you're mobile and the client puts on the music, you don't need a license, but if you bring it and turn it on, you need a license.

Oh god really! Ill have to check this out.
Thanks

I wouldn't worry too much. It would be very hard to prove x

Knowing my luck ill be spot checked lol. I mainly do friends and family so i could just say if they had any music of their own they wanted to put on. Caters to everyones individual 'taste' then

Thanks for everyone letting me know. I had literally no idea
