Am using gellux products and I cannot remove it! 4th time I've tried I have filed top layer soaked a pad in remover wrapped in foil soaked for 15 minutes and this is what I have I cant scrape it off or even peel it off. What am I doing wrong.

What grit file are you using to remove the shine?

Also Has the remover on your cotton pad dried out when you check the nails after 15 mins? If so then you could be leaving them to soak too long and the nails are rehardening.
just some ideas. x

Thankyou for your reply
Not sure on the file its quite a hard one. No plenty left on the pad x

I've heard gellux is pretty hard to remove but it shouldn't take that long I don't think.

I use Gelish but hopefully someone who uses gellux will be able to help. x

wrong remover?

I usually leave it 7/8 mins, then unwrap one by one, filing off what's softened and then re-moistening the pad then re-wrapping and leaving again
