can i ask would it be feasible to rent a beauty/nail room and use the products supplied along with all utilities, would £30 a day + 20% of takings be a reasonable price , client base already available too . i’m thinking of semi retirement and want to keep the business going so wondering what to ask for in terms of rent etc.
