Blue, i dont know, i use the matrix developer, i measure abd i leave for 45 mins like everyone said and its nt covered at all!! I feel my client is losing confidence in me! I felt loreal civered better bt i wanna stick with matrix! Im gna pre soften x

What's her natural base and what colour are you using? X
 
She is a base 6 I am using 6na with a bit of 8na as the rep told me to mix them! x

Try just 6na on its own, why mix then?
 
Well the rep said 6na may go to dark to more like a 5na so said mix which is what I did! I'm just wasting more and more time and confidence in this colour! X

6Na is lovely! Are you using 20 vol? What shampoo/conditioner is she using? If it really is just tenacious you could presoften with neat 20 vol and dry it in then apply target shade dream age with 20 vol for 45 mins, alternatively you could try preshampooing with a clarifier( don't scrub it tho) hath ;)
 
Yes 20 vol! She uses redken colour shampoo and conditioner! X
 
I use the wella double base shades, 55/0 ect and have had no problems :)
 
Is dream age in matrix or a different make?
 
Yes dream age is matrix
