As a Salon Manager your main responsibilities will be
- Responsible for the smooth running of the salon.
- Drive your team to achieve and exceed store KPI’s and sales targets
- Lead and develop your team, organising trainings and meetings.
- Recruitment and selection of new team members.
- Driving new business into the store (social media, etc).
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Managing staff rota to provide the most effective coverage and maximising the resources available.
- Support with the new branch opening
Experience required:
- Min of 5 years of Salon Manager (beauty/clinic) experience.
- Have the ability to engage customers through outstanding communication, questioning and listening skills.
- Confident and professional in dealing with Dermalogica products.
- Experience of working to targets in a customer focused environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Flexible to cover opening hours and weekends.
- Background in Aesthetic treatments would be an advantage. (3d Lipo, Peels, etc).
