Hi I would like some advice if possible.

I currently use NSI professional Gel system to sculpt nails and the way I was taught was to:

Prep
prime
Builder clear gel
- Cure
Apply form
Builder gel applied on base & extend the nail
- Cure
Builder Pink on the base
-Cure
White on the tip/Create smile
- Cure
Finish Clear all over
- Cure

Some videos I watch cut most of that out and just do:

Prep
Prime
Builder Clear/pink
-Cure
Apply form
White to extend the nail
Finish clear all over
-Cure

I don't know the best way of doing and how to make sure there is enough strength. The way I do it takes just over 2 hours! But I'm worried the other way they won't last?!

Any help will be apreciated

Thanks x

The nail angel website shows how to do sculptured nails using Nsi products. Each system will have a different procedure so it's best to stick with the procedure for the product you use.

Both ways are ok to do, it depend son what you are comfy with.
It's not the product itself that gives strength, it's the way it is applied, so this is why it boils down to what you are comfy with.

I use all NSI products including Balance Gel and I apply a very thin layer of body builder, then my Body Builder cover pink (reverse technique) and then either my Body Builder white or whatever I am doing for the free edge (clear body builder with glitter/color gel etc), then finish with Glaze n' Go.
So my cover pink ends up building my apex structure when I do this step.
It's all about getting the apex where it needs to be for the structure of the nail, how you go about that depends on you.
