i'm returning stuff and on the website there is one address but on the box i received from them there is a different address. or do they use both?

not wanting to send my gun and tent to the wrong address

Rightly or wrongly im not sure its an apropriate thing for a company to be slated by peeps let alone by a competing dealer hanging out their dirty washing on a public forum....might be wrong but im sure its against the sites rules and at best really isnt apropriate

In so far as problems peeps have been having its a shame however maybe worthwhile contacting the owner of Shadez directly Rod 07841 26087..im sure ...if he has any business sense he will endeavour to resolve customers problems.

yes we have had a few problems with a few hoses and guns in the past
but i have always sorted out the problems.

god what a crap company i really feel for you you dont need this stress i know i complained about a well known company when i ordered some shoes and they went missing twice and my card was charged and when i complained they were like oh the delivery company have a signature but not to my address so when i got trading standards involved it was sorted out very quickly.

Ok Collin is correct - this thread is slating a company and also is against the site rules.

If you have a problem with a company then it really shouldnt be brought to these forums - it needs to be dealt with privately with the company concerned.
