Shellac-aholic

To all those at sweet squared! You don't know what you've done to me!! I eat, drink, breathe, sleep and LIVE shellac! I think about it when I wake up, can't get to sleep at night because I'm thinking up new nail art designs. I'm itching to do more every single day! The only time I'm not thinking about doing it is when I'm ACTUALLY doing it! I don't know how we lived before shellac, waiting around for hours for polish to dry, only to chip two days later.

To make matters worse I'm a mother two boys! I can't even look forward to havin their friends round for birthdays to do nails.

Mr and Mrs sweet, I hope you will continue to feed my shellac addiction with new colours and add Ons (such as additives) and more exciting "toys" for me to play with. It's the only thing that gets me through a house of 3boys where I'm the only female.

I think as a gesture of good will for all the inconvenience you have cause me, you should lock me in a room full of models and colour pops, a cnd lamp and a whole range of shellac products.
...yes I think I would for give u then.

...although I may never leave ...only to the sweet shop to get more supplies!!

Dear Rhimstry, thank goodness it's not just me who is obsessed! I too am a mother of 2 boys, I also have a daughter. Apart from all the mummy jobs, all I do is think about colours, glitters, marketing, bookings. I go into work and when see people are booked in for a manicure I ring them and get them to Have Shellac instead. I think it shows what a great product it is that we feel this strongly about it. May change my husbands name to Shellac!!!!x

Forget changing his name, I'd trade my partner in for the new shellac colours coming out! But you're definately right, all my clients (even those Jo had ne'er heard of it) have all said they could tell I genuinely believed in the product and it made them excited to get it.

And I do that too, converting people from polish to the POWER polish!! Argh!! Waiting for some display wheels to be delivered and feed my addiction!!

I am so relieved that is isn't just me, like you I was thinking about nail art options when I should have been getting some shut-eye. I did a Shellac pedicure tonight and both myself and my lovely client squealed like schoolgirls at the final glittery result (using the holographic square glitter on the big toe - amazing).

Look how much panic there was when the solar oils ran out. What would happen if it was ALL shellac products? It'd b carnage! We'd all b ripping each others arms off to get tge final bottle of top coat

i have four boys (2 are mine 2 stepchildren) so in my house its all golf and football.........BORING lol so i take myself away to my room and play!! thoughyt i was becoming sad but reading this thread i realise i am NORMAL!!!!

The way I see it, if you don't take yourself away now and then, there's somethin wrong with you! It's the only thing that saves me from loosing my mind! A house full of boys is stressful to say the least. Shellac has saved my sanity (what's left of it!)
