Hi all

Has anyone recently completed the shellac beginners course? I've done the test tonight but I don't know what the pass rate is :/ I need to find out ASAP as I may need to have another one regenerated. I scored 82.83%

Don't worry - you have passed! [emoji171]

Thanks very much, my educator emailed me this morning and it's 70% so I have passed :)

hi
im doing this course next month - is it a multiple choice exam?

Yes it's multiple choice

70% for the first exam and 80% for the second one that they give you on the first evening of the course.

I passed mine yesterday. Phew!

my quiz has just opened - so nervous I go blank doing exams :-(

I was stressed too. I had some notes to hand.

Good luck!!!

Hi everyone

I'm due to do the cnd shellac beginners course on 10th December and I've received the study book for the quiz. Can anyone tell me how they revised? Did you just read the book and memorise it? Also is it multiple choice questions? Any advise or tips will be great. I'm so nervous I won't pass first time. Also anyone from London attending the course on 10th December?

You'll do find. Read it a few times. Highlight bits you feel are important. Learn products and contra-indications, health and safety etc. Then just revise & refresh on bits you need to. It's such a great course that covers alot.
Do the test early as you can get them to reset it if you need I do it again.
Its multiple choice, gd luck. Xx

Thanks for advice. I heard there's a 2nd quiz on the night of day 1. Is that a similar quiz and can you retake that if you don't pass 1st time?

Yep, just remember you can always retake. On the first one I was so nervous, but second quiz alot better as you know what to expect.
So it's best to do it when your all settled & relaxed. Hehe x

Thank you! I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Cant wait to do the course and get my kit. There's so much on sweet squared I want to buy. If I nail this then I'd love to do the lecente course next. Eeek xx

Hehe, yeah it's such a great course, done mine this month.
Yep so many lovely things on sweet squared to buy. You can email them for their best seller lists too so you know what colours to go for when first starting out.
I can't wait to do the lecente and core nail art course. They sound fab. ☺ x
