Haha love him! My Sammy was the same. Now he has a fabulous head of hair and never looks greasy. Mind you when he was a baby he looked like he was wearing a wig!

Ha ha I love his little face in this pic
Max's hair is the same I think it's a boy thing they're just little grub pots 😂 xxx

Lol Tom didn't really have any hair! But people would say about the lovely newborn baby smell and I just thought both boys smelt a bit like a pork chop!

Tom has cradle cap and a bit of eczema I think so trying not to use products on him as it goes really red. Any recommendations? Apart from coconut oil and olive oil! X

It's tough when they have cradle cap as of you're not careful you stimulate it. I think with sam (though was a loooooong time ago) we used a specially formulated treatment or shampoo to treat it. Was a nightmare though because he had sooo much hair! I think our health visitor recommended it. X

Lucielu

There is something called detinox cradle cap shampoo it's about £3 for a bottle I got mine from tesco, I used it I think twice on Taylor's head & his cradle cap is barely noticeable now, he just has a little bit of flakiness in his eyebrows but I've been using double base cream what the health advisor prescribed & again that's nearly cleared up from his eyebrows aswell now. x

Hello ladies, What is your bed times routine with your babas?

I give Taylor a quick bath every night (not cos he is mucky lol) just because I like to give him a warm bath & use all his sleep time washes & lotions, then give him a warm bottle & I take him up at 8pm & put him in his Moses basket (in my bedroom) he is awake when he goes up but the good little boy hasn't been crying he just talks to himself for around 10 minutes (so cute!) then goes to sleep.

I follow him up after about an hour or two as I don't go to bed very late anyway.

He has been sleeping through from 8pm til about 3am waking for a bottle then straight back to sleep till around 7am.

First few weeks he was waking very regular as to be expected with him being a newborn, but now he is getting bigger & drinks more milk I think it's filling him up longer & since I've been doing this little routine every night he is sleeping longer.

X

Thanks girls, I've got dentinox as it was brilliant with my other 2 but I think this one is more sensitive and I wasn't sure if it was irritated the ezcema rash on his face. Seeing the health visitor Monday anyway.

Bedtime routine sounds similar to mine although he is in his own room in his cot
All three have been turfed out of my room at weeks old as we all sleep better!

All ready to go out in the cold today all snug x

Got my chunk weighed yesterday & he is 12lb 11oz, can't believe he is 10 weeks old on Monday. x

When did everyone go on maternity? I'm 37 weeks today and I'm really struggling to be comfortable at my desk. I have my own home salon and I'm not overly busy. Shellac manicure I can just about cope with (though I keep having to change positions or stand) but I have a lady booked in for Brisa lite sculpting this week and I just don't know if I'm going to be able to sit for 1.5/2 hours. I'm stressing about it x

I've 36 weeks on Sunday and I've had to stop pedis entirely. I'm ok with shellac nails but I do get very sore sitting down for 45 mins- 1 hour but that's more my PGP that makes that difficult. I'm sure lovely that they won't mind you getting up to walk around a bit, so you don't get too stiff. Sit with a pillow if needs be too. My clients have been lovely and if you're sitting down continuously for for that time maybe just stand up and move for a bit. Ultimately if you feel it's too much, don't do it, you could always find another tech in the area and refer to them. Good luck lovey Xxx

I was still doing the odd spray tanning at 36 weeks, on my hands & knees with a big belly, I looked like a whale trying to get back up lol, not good! x

I know what you mean lush-lash. I've had to stop doing shrink violet wraps as just can't get up and down and Happyfeet I've stopped doing pedis too. She's a new client and I don't think she knows I'm pregnant. I may message her and let her know that I'm a bit slower at the mo with moving around and would she be ok with that? Just hope my hips/back can take it.

Lol! Me too, I did a spray the other day, first one without a bump and was amazed how easy it was!
I worked to my due date, as it was Christmas. My long days I just felt like crying at the end!

I'm 28 weeks now and I'm really struggling leaning over the bath washing people's hair, and doing pedicures. I've got spd so I'm in pain most of the time but doing those kills my back! The only treatment I'm comfy doing now is lashes xx

First scan today! Baby likes to do head stands and likes to rest it's head on its chest! The scan lady wasn't impressed!
But all is well! Couldn't be happier!

Weird question but how do you find new clients react when they see you are pregnant? I get a lot of clients moan to me about their previous stylists having the cheek to get pregnant! (Clients Annoy me!)
I wondered if any of you have turned up at a clients house (new client) with a big belly and a clients got funny with you? X
