Pika they never found out why I had it, there's all the bad story's online & I worried so much, but Taylor was born healthy & no explanation to why I had double the normal amount of amniotic fluid, I had it from 31 weeks until he was delivered, but no actual reason to why.

His stomach measured 4 weeks ahead of his gestation on all my scans so they thought it could be a problem with this, so he was taken & checked straight after birth by a paediatrician, but nothing was found.

Weird one really. xxx

I'm 16 weeks now and all I've had for the last four months is sickness, nausea, piles and now a double ear infection. Isn't pregnancy fun!! Lets hope it gets better soon, it's frustrating being ill constantly. :/ x

Very happy mummy and daddy after today's appmt, Mia's liver has gone back up in her chest cavity slightly but my fluid levels have gone from 25cm to 11cm in 10 days, and we could see her chest moving up and down where her lungs are practicing breathing which our consultant said is a very good sign as it shows she is a healthy baby she's definitely proving she's trying to fight already
Just wanted to also say thankyou ladies for your support and lovely words, it's people like you that are helping keep me strong xxx

Gorgeous my Max is 12 weeks tomorrow he smiles loads but as soon as you get the camera out he frowns at it the little devil 😂 x

Aw pika that's great news, you've got a wee fighter there!!

I had polyhydramnios in my first pregnancy and my little boy was fine, they said it might have been because he was a bigger baby as they wee more do produce more amniotic fluid.

Facelashbrow congratulations!! I had my little girl was born on 15th April so just over 2 weeks ago

Yup due Sunday lovely. .. I think I'm going to have to wait though Ive had two weeks nearly of pains and symptoms just no contractions All has now quietened down and I feel like he's just chilled his boots, is lying back and thinking hey I'll stay put for a while It's our son's 9th birthday on Wednesday. . I would really like Maxi Moo out before then. Frustrated is not the word! C'mon Maxi

I know how you feel with my second I thought I was I labour every day for two weeks but ended up being 9 days overdue !
Hopefully he will be as chilled when he is here X
