Hello!

I will be doing a spray tan on Tuesday using St. Tropez on my partner.. They would like to achieve a deep, back-from-holiday tan and I know with St. Tropez it's based on how many layers are applied rather than the % of the solution itself [please correct me if I'm wrong)!

Based on reviews I know that one layer gives just a slight glow, 2 layers a healthy sheen, so I'm guessing 3 layers would be a deep tan and 4 layers a deep deep tan?

Does anyone have any experience with St. Tropez? I would like to give my partner a deep dark tan but don't want them to be tango (I've also heard that St. Tropez can't go orange, is that true?)

Their natural skin tone is medium-light, certainly not fair and achieves a lovely tan after 2-3 weeks of a beach vacation!

Thanks so much

I love st.Tropez. 2 coats of the original generally gives a lovely sun kissed look.
But can be too light for some clients so...
I often do 1 coat of the new dark solution and a 2 nd coat with the original usually on legs which tend to be lighter than the rest of the body...well where I come from anyways.

So maybe try that , you can gauge future applications from how that develops on your client.
