Hi all . After a bit of advice. I’ll try and keep it short . I rent a room to a beauty person . Which I have done so for the last 2 yrs. They have in the past & still are creating a lot of unrest in the salon despite them being in their room for 80% of the day . Constantly lieing , gossiping etc etc . She has been given 2 warnings, her last I made it clear this would be her last & anymore of this unacceptable behaviour I would be asking her to leave.
So without fail it’s started again, how do I go about it legally so I don’t get my self into any trouble . There is so much on line I’m not sure how to start the process. As you will have guessed I can’t take it anymore and neither can any of the people who’d work in the salon . Many thanks x
