I think your prices may be a bit on the cheap side for people to actually properly look after their nails. If you were only charging £16 per person and giving them a free pinkie you would be making less than £9 per service.
I have a special package price of groups of people but it does not include freebies as there is already a discount involved.
My mantra for 'tricky' clients is "GLOVES, GLOVES, GLOVES"! They all laugh at me but it gets their attention and less fixings for me!
