The difference between Brisa Lite smoothing and Brisa Lite sculpting gels

Hi ladies, I was hoping someone come clear this up for me. Why are there two kinds of brisa light? Why can't you use the sculpting gel to smooth over ridges/imperfections on the nail and use as an overlay as well as for sculpting instead of having two seperate pots?

Also has anyone tried IZ gel? I have a pot but I'm not too happy with it and am thinking of swapping to brisa.
