Top coat turning yellow

NEED HELP! I did a French with gel on a client on Friday, she's been back into the salon today and the top coat has turned yellow. This has never happened

I've done that by getting saffron on my fingers and it wouldn't wash off the polish. Perhaps she has come into contact with something that stained or reacted with the top coat?

Does she use sunbeds? When I used to have french and use sunbeds it could sometimes turn a little yellow. If she does, she can buy nail caps to go over the tops of her nails to prevent it happening.

I use to put winkies over my nails when I used sun beds or they would look so yellow.
