upper lip hair removal

I went to boots bought one called Nair Facial Brush-on Hair Remover, and guess what? my upper lip skin has been burned, all red!!!:cry:

Dont be daft, its not your fault, good to try it, lol :lol: It has healed now anyway.I think I do have very sensitive skin, which cream did u use?:hug:
