Hi,
I too missed the box to tick.......if there was one? I ended up on their rewards scheme. But I don't check the statements - leave that to hubby, so mine went on for a few months, that was my fault.:irked:
When I did phone about it they did do a refund.:) But I won't use them again.
I do print some of my stuff on the PC, but have noticed lots of great offers in local printers....Pos good time to order as everyone is out to get business.
Hope your order is OK. Must admit I went for the slow post, it came in just a few days, I think all of it goes in same speed post whether you order it that way or not.
Lotsa luv x

I had just done an order for my gift vouchers and never saw the option for the vistaprint rewards. I saw the rewards box for referring people to vistaprint - is this what you shouldnt sign up to?

I have used Vista Print for years and never had a problem. Dont find postage over the top. Delivery is usually within a week - the slowest one. and I love their prices and variety)

You are eligible to join VistaPrint Rewards when you successfully complete a VistaPrint order. After completing a VistaPrint order, customers may be presented with an offer page offering the opportunity to take advantage of a £10 VistaPrint cash back offer for joining the VistaPrint Rewards Program. This offer page contains details about the VistaPrint Rewards Program including offer benefits, services and the associated monthly fee required to participate. If a customer chooses to accept this offer the credit card used for the customer’s VistaPrint purchase will be automatically charged the applicable monthly fees after a 30 day free-trial period, and VistaPrint will transfer certain personal information, including the customer’s credit card information, to a service provider that administers the program. As part of the registration process for the program, a customer is required to enter his or her email address twice, and click the “YES” button stating that the customer agrees with the following statement:

“By clicking “Yes” I have read and agree to the Offer Details displayed to the left and authorise VistaPrint to securely transfer my name, address and credit card information to the service provider for VistaPrint Rewards.”

Yes x

they are based in the netherlands, so postage is going to cost more than if you got from a uk supplier. And the more the items weigh, the more you pay in postage. so a way to make cheaper is to go back through your list of items and decide if you can live without any at all to make it lighter.( do you really really need the free pen, t shirt etc)

I use vista all the time in my other job and have never been let down by them , but i agree, the postage can sometimes be high.

i too order 'freebies', got them, quite impressed at the time until i realised that that they chrge u monthly even if u dont buy anything, it ended up costin me a fortune & would have been cheaper gettin them at full price from somewhere else!
it ended up costin a lot...jut watch wot u doin & read all the small print! x:eek:

I have had loads of stuff from them and have never had a problem with the monthly charges that others have had. I think that the postage rates are actually pretty reasonable (considering that the item itself is always free)!

when i first placed an order they was a box that was already ticked saying i will get offers sent to me, but i noticed after about 6 month that they had been charging 9.95 to a company called CLUBPREM

just finished designing my business cards and looking for a place to have them printed..

was thinking of printing it with vista but having read your threads i think i would spend a little more somewhere else..

does anyone have any other recommendations??

Hi

If i were you I would check what you have done.

I have just been online ordering all my free stuff as I am moving salons and going under a different name,

My p&p was only £6.95 for 14 days postage, but that was only on 5 items

yours seems alot you have to watch them they try and catch you out :)

i would just stick to vistaprint even though me and other people have had bad experiances, i have ordered from them again after that i got 250 budinesscard 200 postcards a stamp, a pen all for about £6!
just make sure that no boxes are ticked for extras

I usually order things every 6 weeks and spend £12 on p&p but get:

100 postcards
250 biz cards
25 leaflets
1 pen
10 gift vouchers with envelopes
1 door sign (see through thing, can't thing what they are called)

I think it's called a window decal ?
