Wella 12.16

Hey peeps jus started using wella high lifts an i love them but it seems everytime i use 12.16 my clients complain a few weeks later the tone washes away and looks gingery i never have this prob with 12.81 is this jyst me? LOL!xx

Are they shampooing in a colour care shampoo? Are you mixing it with wella developer and leaving it on long enough?
