Were you nervous/worried doing your first spray tan (paid)

I have my training course on Monday 18th with Sienna X

Monday night im going to spray my partner.

Tuesday i am spraying 2 friends for free (practice) & they have never had a spray tan done (spray tan virgins) There both quite pale naturally although dark haired so im worried about what % to use on them

On weds i have 3 paying clients :Scared:

My 2 friends i was just thinking of using the 10% i will be using La Tanning soloution.

Im just worried about spraying people say using the 8% & they feel that there is no change. With them if i started off low i can move them up to 10% but paying customers if they have never had a spray tan b4 im worried doing them light & there not happy

Me i have spray tans alot so for people that have had tans & like a colour to them i would use 12% or 14% prob 90% of the time a 14%

Im just panicking/worrying as i will be being paid 2 days after my training course & would have only sprayed 3 people in total to practice

I'm still as nervous now (30 paying customers down the line) as I was for my first. Because my gun never seems to work the same way twice! And I'm always worried that people aren't as brown as they would like to be so I end up using way too much solution because of my gun and because of my paranoia! Don't let me worry you, just wanted to let you know the way you're feeling is normal. At least normal to me anyway. Good luck!

Don't worry you will be fine i was terrified before my first spray tan but it went great and now this client is a regular if your client says they want a natural tan then go for the 8% trust me they will see a difference with LA Tan!

Just a few tips:

* Don't tell your client that you havnt sprayed that many people
* Ensure you use barrier cream on hands, feet, elbows and knees and of course a haire net
* Talk your client throught the procedure I usually stand it front of them and deomstrate my routine
* Talk through your colours, recommend them to start light and go darker!

I usually text my client the next day saying - I hope you like your tan! have a great weekend
