I have a client who is a base 7, currently coloured all over with 12/89 (koleston) and low lighted with colour touch 7/73 and 9/03. She wants to go this colour

I was thinking a level 9 with a few lighter pieces running through it. I'm just not sure what one to go for! 9/03 all over with a few 10/0 or something completely different?
