What do I say to my client?

Received this tonight. I did her nails 10 days ago CND shellac Full system in oxblood.

My nails seem to be peeling quickly this time round. I wondered if you did something different as they usually last at least 2 weeks x

You need more information from her. When did they start peeling? Has she done anything different or been on holiday? You will need pics at the very least and better yet see them in person. Ten days is pretty standard though.
