Hi salon geeks, i would love some help.
Im opening a suntanning bar in the Cotswolds in September. There will be two sunbeds downstairs with reception. the area is large and has two floors. i am thinking of renting upstairs to a beautician nails,eyelashes etc which is the best way... profit share or rent the room i will pay all bills with in the building, how much would you charge ! also i think a gents hairdresser would go well again how much would you charge, the hairdresser will be gent cut and dry cuts. can i have both on the same floor ( private room built for beauty) but has full use of the building with nail table outside this room. full reception cover , open 9.30-8pm they can work there own hours etc. i have children so i need the reception and sunbed area looked after between 2-8 can i ask the hairdresser/beautician to cover this for free rent !!! im so lost and have thought it over and over !!!! what would you do !!!! its 20,000 rent a year and in a very wealthy area. thank you xxxxxxxxxx i cant put beds upstairs as they are to heavy !!! any advice i would love xxxxx
