What dose everyone pay for rentting a chair?

Hi,

Looking for some help. I rent a chair in a salon in Cornwall, the salon has been running for 38 years in a small town went self employed just after covid and the person I rent of wants to out the rent up by £4 which is 10.25%. I'm trying to get information together on what others are getting charged so I can see if my rent is alot of money.

Hi,

I'm in SE London so very different from you but I need a CBD and a bd each day to make enough to pay my rent and over heads.

I aim for alot more than that, but that's ok with me.

I provide all of my stock, drinks, towels etc.
Only thing I take from them is milk.

How does that stack up for you?

Where the shop I work in is on a back street so not alot of foot traffic.
