What is the product which is put around the cuticle area

Hi I am going to do some ombré nail art , does anyone know the product put around the cuticle area called and is it any good ?

Liquid latext, although there are other versions for those allergic to latext. You can also make it from PVA glue, but thats not really very professional

Look for a peel off cuticle guard/skin protector

I bought some ages ago but got on so well cleaning up with a pointy cotton bud dipped in acetone that I never used it x
