Sorry I've just realised I didn't list what I did to create..
Yes it's using the Sharpie method!
This was Shellac in Cityscape then using baby blue and pink sharpies, dotting and blending with IPA..
Done some other styles and my clients have gone crazy for them.

I use Konad and Mundo da Unas. I do prefer Konad tho, but Mundo have the fab neons
